It has been almost four months since my last letter. I have been busy with new work – some from existing customers and some from new ones. I am extremely happy that current customers are so pleased with my quality and speed of delivery that they refer me to their friends and contacts. Often, I really have to hustle to meet desired deadlines, but I am definitely up to it. You are welcomed to try me out (wink, wink).
After many both justified and unjustified delays, I have decided to bite the bullet and completely redo my website. In this age of the internet, I believe that having a presence there is more than just a good idea, but actually is a requirement for doing business. It is no longer an option to have a website. In today’s world it is a “given.”
That being the case and being an expert Design Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, but definitely not being a website design guru, I need your help.
What would you like to see on my website? (Virtually all of the work I do is covered by Non-Disclosure Agreements that prohibit me from showing off my work, at least until it has been released to the public.) Actual products that I am allowed to show would definitely be a good place to start. Also, I could put up a page with some biographical data about myself and my company. Of course, I would include a Contact page where you can call or email me to get a quote on a new project. After that, what else would you like to see there?
I would really appreciate any feedback in the form of comments, ideas or suggestions as to what you would like to see on my website. Of course, if you know of any websites that you particularly like and/or that have features you think I should include, please send me their name or internet address.
Being all jazzed up on finally doing this website makeover, your timely reply with any comments and suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Meanwhile, how can I help you? I am always looking forward to getting into the designing and manufacturing of new and different products. Just call.
