When we deliver our CAD documentation to our customers, not only do all the parts fit together (obviously), but how the parts are to be manufactured and assembled has been considered and factored in as well.  The buzz words DFM and DFA (Design For Manufacturability and Design For Assembly) are relatively new in modern manufacturing lexicon.  We have been applying those principles before the terms DFM and DFA even existed!  This results in a product that can be mass produced efficiently and built with the minimum number of parts, while maintaining all of the required functionality in an overall package that is very robust.  This is shown to reflect extremely well in the bottom line cost of producing your product.

Although our products (deliverables), very strictly speaking, are only CAD files, we know that our customers need to produce viable products that can be sold at a profit.  This keeps you in business, which keeps us in business.

As such, we are really looking to build long term relationships with our customers.  We want to be the “go to” company for all of your design and manufacturing issues.
